Information about shipping and returns

We are from Ukraine, so because of the full-scale war in our country, some packages may be delivered with delay, but they will be delivered for sure. For 5000 sold items, none were lost due to logistics even during this time.

We are shipping with a few methods:
1. Standard international shipping via UkrPoshta
2. Standard international shipping via NovaPoshta
3. Expedited shipping via UPS

Packages will be shipped within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. We provide a tracking number.
Shipping time depends on the country of destination and usually takes:
10-17 days to the USA with standard shipping
14-21 days to Asia with standard shipping
10-21 days to Europe with standard shipping
20-40 days to Canada with standard shipping
30-50 days to Australia with standard shipping

4-8 days to the USA with expedited shipping
3-7 days to Europe with expedited shipping
5-12 days to Asia with expedited shipping
7-14 days to Canada and Australia with expedited shipping

During the pre-holiday period, it's possible that mail delivery may experience delays. Although we don't have control over the delivery time, we strive to minimize it to the best of our abilities.
If the address information provided is incorrect, we cannot be held responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. In the event that the online tracking for the parcel indicates that the order has been delivered, we cannot accept liability for any missing orders.
It's important to be aware that Standard shipping only has two main checkpoints in its tracking information: the departure country and the country of destination. There are no transit stops during the delivery process.
We are happy to accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item does not match its description. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this time period has passed. To initiate a return, please contact us.
Please note that buyers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any decrease in its value.
For your protection, we strongly recommend sending all returns via tracked mail, as we cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost in transit.
We will process the refund as soon as the item has been received and verified to be in its original condition.
